What this website collects, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, job title, organization, organization type, email address, phone number, topic, and message. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party fonts.
How we use it
Your message is delivered by email to Dekla's leadership team so we can respond to you, and a copy is kept in our website's private administration area so no inquiry is lost. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
Security check
To block automated spam, the contact form asks you to tick “I’m not a robot.” Your browser then solves a small calculation issued by this website. The check runs entirely on our own site: no third-party service is involved, and no cookies are set.
Hosting and security logs
Our web host processes standard connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We don't store your IP address with your message; to limit abuse, a scrambled, one-way code derived from it may be kept for up to 10 minutes.
Retention
Messages are kept in our business email for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records.
Sensitive information
Please don't send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or other sensitive data through this website.
